What is Platinum Tier?

Platinum is our highest-tier subscription, offering exclusive features designed to enhance your experience by giving you more control, visibility, and efficiency in finding matches. With Platinum, you gain access to elevated tools that help you connect faster and more meaningfully.

What features are included in Platinum?

Platinum includes the following exclusive features additional to all the features under Elite and Premium tiers:

  • Advanced Filters – Find matches based on key criteria such as activity status, new users, and subscription level.

  • Read Receipts – Know when your messages have been read.

  • Priority Likes – Ensure your likes are seen first.

  • Free Notes – Send messages to users before matching.

Advanced Filters

What are Advanced Filters?

Advanced Filters allow Platinum subscribers to refine their search by selecting specific criteria. These filters act as dealbreakers, meaning if a user does not meet the selected criteria, they will not appear in your potential matches.

Which filters are available in Platinum?

Currently, Platinum users can filter by:

  • Recently Active – See only users who have been online in the past 24 hours.
  • New Users – Find users who have joined in the last 7 days.
  • Subscribers – Match only with users who have an active subscription.

How do I use Advanced Filters?

  1. Tap on the Filters button on the Swiper screen.
  2. Select the filter you want to apply.
  3. Your matches will update based on the selected criteria.

Can I apply multiple filters at once?

At this time, you can only apply one filter at a time to ensure the best match results.

Read Receipts

What are Read Receipts?

Read Receipts let you see when your messages have been read, giving you more insight into your conversations.

How do Read Receipts work?

  • If you are a Platinum subscriber, you will see a "Read at [time]" indicator under your last sent message when the other user views it.
  • If you are not a Platinum subscriber, you will not see Read Receipts.

How can I get Read Receipts?

Read Receipts are included as part of the Platinum subscription and are not available as a separate purchase.

Priority Likes

What are Priority Likes?

Priority Likes ensure that when you like someone, your profile appears at the top of their match queue, increasing the chances of a connection.

How do I send a Priority Like?

  1. Like a profile as you normally would.
  2. If you are a Platinum subscriber, your like will automatically be prioritized in the recipient’s card stack for 48 hours higher then regular likes
  3. If you are a Platinum subscriber, your like will automatically be prioritized in the See who likes you page for 48 hours higher then regular likes

Who gets to see Priority Likes?

Only the user you liked will see that you liked them, but they will receive it sooner than regular likes.

Free Notes

What are Free Notes?

Free Notes allow Platinum users to send messages to potential matches before they match, increasing the chances of a meaningful connection.

How do I send a Free Note?

  1. Tap the notes icon on a the gamepad.
  2. Write and send your note.
  3. If the recipient is interested, they can reply and start a conversation.

How often do I get Free Notes?

  • Platinum subscribers receive 3 Free Notes per week, which refresh every Monday.
  • Unused Notes do not roll over.
